Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of your shipment's arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received in our warehouse, inspected and approved, we will send you an email of notification. A refund will be processed on your card at that time. Please note* credit card refunds can take a few days to show up on our credit card statement.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at and we will contact you within 48 business hours.
